Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Eligibility For Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
🔻The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery
🔻The issue is reported within 7 days from the date of delivery
🔻The product is unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and accessories
Returns requested for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect selection by the customer are not eligible.
Return & Replacement Policy (Missing / Empty Box / Fake Claims)
To ensure a transparent and fair resolution for both customers and our team:
🔻 If you suspect that the courier package seal has been opened, please do not accept the delivery. Take a video of the package and send it to us immediately.
🔻Customers must record a clear, continuous unboxing video while opening the courier package.
The video should clearly show:
🔻The sealed outer courier cover
🔻Shipping label visible
🔻Full unboxing process without cuts
🔻In cases where a customer claims the product is missing / empty box,
refund or replacement will be accepted ONLY if an unboxing video is provided.
❗ Without a proper unboxing video, we will not be able to process refunds or replacements, as it is not possible to verify where the issue occurred (during transit or after delivery).
This policy is implemented to protect genuine customers and prevent misuse.
Return Request Process
To request a return:
🔻Email us at support@soundpeats.in within 7 days of delivery.
Provide:
🔻Order ID
🔻Product name
🔻Clear images or video showing the issue
Our support team will review the request and respond within 48 business hours.
Return Pickup
🔻If the return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or provide return instructions
🔻In case reverse pickup is not available in your location, customers may be asked to self-ship the product.
Refund Policy
🔻Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection
🔻If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
⏱️ Bank processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Replacement Policy
🔻Replacement is applicable only for manufacturing defects or transit damage
🔻Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
🔻If the same product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
🔻Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
🔻Physical damage after delivery
🔻Items without original packaging or accessories
Shipping Charges
🔻Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault on our part (damaged or incorrect item)
Cancellation Policy
🔻Orders can be cancelled only before shipment
🔻Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
