Shipping Process & Procedure

Packing Constraints:
According to the international aviation organisation's norms and standards, products containing flammable liquids, compressed gases, liquid gases, oxidising agents, and flammable solids are subject to packing constraints based on their volume. Your order will be delivered in multiple packages if it happens to contain such product(s).
Shipments Stuck at Customs:
As to each such purchase made by the customer through the Soundpeats website, the recipient in the destination country in all instances shall be the ā€œImporter of Recordā€ and must comply with all the laws and regulations of said destination country for the product(s) purchased through the soundpeats Website.
The courier company usually takes care of the customs clearance procedure. In case the shipment is held at the customs clearance processes due to missing or absence of proper paperwork/documents/declaration/ government license or certificates required from the ā€˜Importer of Record’:
If the ā€˜Importer of Record’ fails to provide the required documents and paperwork to the custom authorities and as a result the product(s) are confiscated by the customs, soundpeats will not issue a refund. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you make advance preparations & submit the relevant documents when requested by the custom authorities.
If the shipment is returned to our warehouse in case of missing/absent paperwork etc. from the customer’s end, a refund will be issued only after deducting the return shipping charges from the product purchase price. The shipping, and custom charges will not be included in the refund.

Undeliverable Shipments/Refused Shipment Returned
When a shipment is approved by customs authorities, the concerned courier company will contact the customer and arrange for order delivery:
In the event the customer does not respond, refuses to accept delivery or declines to pay the applicable duties and taxes due to the carrier upon delivery. The shipment will be returned to the country of origin.
The customer may file a refund claim for the above cases. If the shipment is eligible for a refund per soundpeats Return Policy then the Shipping, Custom and other charges (Tax, Gateway charges etc) will not be included in the refund. The Restocking Fee, Customs VAT(If Applicable) will also be deducted from the total price of goods affected in the shipment.
If the shipment is not returned or the product(s) is non-returnable, the customer is not eligible for a refund.
Prohibited Items & Import Restricted items in the Destination Country:

soundpeats strives to be compliant with laws and ensures that the product(s) meet the regulatory and safety requirements in the respective countries. However, not all product(s) listed on the soundpeats Website may be available for purchase in your respective country of destination. soundpeats makes no promises or guarantees as to the availability of any product(s) listed on the website as being available in the customer’s respective country of destination.
All products purchased on the soundpeats Website are at all times subject to all export and all Trade and Tariff Regulations of any nation of competent Jurisdiction. With millions of products available on our website/app, it's difficult to filter out those that cannot be shipped due to country-specific customs regulations and procedures.
The Customer who purchases product(s) through the soundpeats Website and/or the recipient of the product(s) in the destination country is/are solely responsible for assuring that the product(s) can be lawfully imported to the destination country as soundpeats and its affiliates make no affirmations, representations or promises of any type regarding the legality of importing any product(s) purchased on the soundpeats website into the country in the world. If the product(s) ordered is a restricted or prohibited and not approved by the custom clearance authorities in the destination country, the customer is not eligible for a refund.

SoundPEATS Return and Replacement Policy For Domestic Customers

SoundPEATS offer a Return Policy ,in case a product reflects a technical issue, one can raise a replacement request within 7 days of the order delivery. A fresh replacement will be dispatched to the customer. This will be provided post physical examination of the product and if there is no issue found, same unit will be dispatched.Ā 

If a ticket is raised post 7 days of delivery and within the warranty period, product is replaced with an equivalent condition product, post testing.

In case of product replacement within the warranty period, if the product is out of stock (color/variant), an alternate product with equivalent price will be offered and warranty will continue as per the previous product purchase date.

Damaged product arrived/Wrong product received/Accessories Missing
If your order is damaged/wrong/ has accessories missing on delivery, please raise a complaint within 24 business hours from the time of delivery.

Attention: If the packaging of your order seems to have been tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to take the order.

Attention regarding wrong product received: If the product is completely different, it will be considered as wrong product. Under no condition will a refund or replacement be provided for any defect-free product, on the basis of look & feel or minor differences in shades, color or sound quality.



SoundPEATS Warranty Policy/Guidelines

SoundPEATS products come equipped with a warranty period of 1 year, respectively, that cover technical issues, excluding physical damages.Ā 
(Please note: Products listed under the BOGO offer are not eligible for returns.).
Proof of purchase in the form of invoice (irrespective of the sales channel) is required to be presented for availing warranty services.SoundPEATS can choose to not provide services if the invoice is not presented.Ā 
If the issue is not resolved over a call or an e-mail, SoundPEATS will request you to self-ship the product to our warehouse and share the tracking details with the SoundPEATS customer service team. when a customer self-ships the product, the cost must be incurred by the customer. SoundPEATS will not be responsible for any loss or damage during transit if you self-ship your product to us.
SoundPEATS shall not cover any liability or claim pertaining to any kind of rashes or skin allergy due to usage of SoundPEATS products including consequential or resulting liability, damage or loss to property or life, injuries, loss of any kind of personal data arising directly or indirectly out of any defects in SoundPEATS products.
While SoundPEATS will make every effort to carry out repair at the earliest, we would like to make it expressly clear that we are under no obligation to do so in a specified period of time.


Out of Warranty

If a product that is out of warranty, reflects a technical issue & customer wants to avail the services, customer must incur a certain amount of charges.

A replacement can be given on chargeable basis if the product is not repairable. This can be processed only if the specific product is in stock.

SoundPEATS Warranty is not applicable in any of the following cases:

In case of any damage to the product, customer abuse, repair by unauthorized persons, misuse detected, product attacked or damaged by house pests, pets, rodents, accidental or incidental damage, spillage of any kind of liquid on the device, device subjected to extreme temperatures. Wear and tear that occurs due to regular usage of the device will also not be covered under warranty.

This warranty will automatically terminate on the expiry of the warranty period of 12 Months (as determined by proof of purchase), even if the product is not in use during the warranty period for any reason.

We work towards ensuring that each item in your order is shipped within 2 working days from the date of the order. However, it may sometimes take up to 3 or more working days due to festivals, a sale, or when there are other mitigating circumstances. During such an event, do not be alarmed. GST

Please note that SoundPEATS does not extend the GST policy for B2C customers on the SoundPEATSĀ website, and only B2B customers (corporate orders) are eligible to avail of GST invoices. Therefore, if you are a B2C customer, please be advised that you will not be able to claim GST invoices for your purchases. We request you to kindly take this into account while making your purchase decision. SoundPEATS will not be responsible for any misinterpretation or misrepresentation of this policy by the customer.

Delayed delivery of the product

If you do not receive your order within the designated time period, you can choose to cancel the order. Within the next 14 days, the full amount will be refunded. (SoundPEATS is not responsible for delays in refund processing caused by banks, calamities or national holidays). If the order gets cancelled before shipping, the amount will be refunded in 10 to 14 business days.
